About This Free, Interactive Workshop
Starting daycare, preschool, or kindergarten is an exciting milestone—but it can also bring new routines, new experiences, and new emotions for both children and parents.
Join educator and mindfulness consultant Renu Aggarwal, B.Ed., for this interactive workshop and discover practical ways to build your child’s confidence, independence, and emotional readiness before the first day. You’ll leave with simple, evidence-informed strategies to help make the transition to the classroom a positive experience.
Who Should Attend: Parents and caregivers of children ages 2–5 preparing for daycare, preschool, or kindergarten.
What to Bring: A notebook, an open mind, and a willingness to participate. This is an interactive session, and participants are encouraged to keep their cameras on whenever possible.
