This supportive discussion offers a relaxed space to explore how everyday stress, life experiences, and emotions can shape communication and connection in relationships. This is a free event.

The focus is simple: building better understanding and small habits that support healthy, lasting relationships.

Guided by Rand Al-Houssan (Registered Psychotherapist, MSc, RP) from Mindful Map Counselling Services, participants will:

* Reflect on how personal experiences influence communication

* Better understand how stress can affect relationships

* Practice simple, respectful ways to connect

* Take away one practical habit to strengthen relationships

This is not therapy, but a guided and welcoming group conversation. There’s no pressure to share—join at your own comfort level.

Open to individuals, couples, and those preparing for relationships.
