A culturally grounded discussion on mental well-being during Ramadan.
This is an opportunity to meet and greet fellow organizations and community members from Heartwood House and Friends.
Healing in Community is a Ramadan Iftar event
You’re invited!
Join us for a warm community Meet & Greet Iftar featuring a short, practical talk on mental health self‑care during Ramadan and other important cultural and religious seasons.
As we fast, gather, and care for others, our own emotional and spiritual well‑being can easily be overlooked. This evening is a gentle space to reflect, connect, and learn simple ways to care for our minds and hearts—especially for caregivers and families.
