​Join us for a supportive peer discussion moderated by Rand Al-Houssan, MSc, RP, Registered Psychotherapist, of Mindful Map Counselling Services. This session welcomes parents, adult children, grandparents, and anyone affected by parent-child alienation at any stage of life.

​Share your thoughts, experiences, and coping strategies—if you wish—in a safe, respectful, and confidential environment. You are also welcome to simply listen, learn, and connect with others who understand.
