About This Free, Interactive Workshop:

Preparing for a new school year isn’t just about backpacks and supplies—it’s also about helping children feel emotionally ready.

Join educator and mindfulness consultant Renu Aggarwal, B.Ed., for this interactive workshop, where you’ll learn practical co-regulation strategies to help your elementary school child navigate big emotions with greater confidence. You’ll leave with simple, evidence-informed tools to support calmer communication and a smoother transition back to school.

Who Should Attend: Parents and caregivers of children ages 5–11.

What to Bring: A notebook, an open mind, and a willingness to participate. This is an interactive session, and participants are encouraged to keep their cameras on where possible.

Kids and Parents Well-Being (KAPWB) is an Ottawa-based registered non-profit dedicated to supporting children, parents, and families through education, awareness, and community programs.
