Global conflicts and constant exposure to news and social media can create stress, anxiety, and emotional overload for children and youth. This group discussion offers a safe, supportive space to better understand these impacts and explore practical coping strategies.

Discussion will include:

  • How global events and online content affect mental wellbeing
  • Recognizing stress, anxiety, and emotional fatigue in children and youth
  • Setting healthy boundaries with news and social media
  • Simple tools to manage overwhelm
  • Open, guided discussion and reflection
