DESCRIPTION:Virtual Community Discussion\nFinding meaningful employment in 
 a new country can be both exciting and challenging. Many immigrants experi
 ence stress related to credential recognition\, underemployment\, financia
 l pressure\, and rebuilding a professional identity. This virtual discussi
 on explores how employment challenges can affect mental health and offers 
 practical tools for navigating these experiences.\nGuided by a mental heal
 th professional or experienced facilitator (to be announced)\, this intera
 ctive workshop will:\n\n\n 	Explore the connection between work\, identity
 \, and well-being for newcomers and immigrants\n 	Discuss common challenge
 s such as underemployment\, workplace discrimination\, and job search stre
 ss\n 	Reflect on personal work journeys and the strengths people bring fro
 m their past professional experiences\n 	Introduce practical strategies fo
 r coping with job search stress\, rejection\, and uncertainty\n 	Highlight
  community resources including newcomer employment supports\, skills progr
 ams\, and mental health services\n\nParticipants will have opportunities t
 o reflect on their own experiences and share insights in a supportive lear
 ning environment.\nThis session is designed for immigrants and newcomers n
 avigating employment challenges\, including those seeking their first job 
 in Canada\, working in roles below their qualifications\, or adjusting to 
 a new professional landscape.\nThe discussion will take place in a respect
 ful\, inclusive space. Participants are welcome to engage at their comfort
  level and will leave with practical coping strategies and information abo
