DESCRIPTION:Virtual Community Discussion\nWhen a child becomes distant or b
 reaks contact with a parent\, the experience can bring deep grief\, confus
 ion\, and isolation. This virtual discussion offers a supportive space for
  parents and caregivers who feel alienated from a child—whether the chil
 d is young\, a teenager\, or an adult.\nGuided by a mental health professi
 onal or experienced facilitator (to be announced)\, this session focuses o
 n understanding the emotional impact of estrangement and exploring practic
 al ways to care for oneself while keeping the possibility of healthy recon
 nection open.\nDuring this interactive workshop\, participants will:\n\n\n
  	Reflect on the emotional experiences many parents face when a child pull
 s away\n 	Discuss common reactions that can unintentionally make reconnect
 ion more difficult\n 	Learn strategies for coping with grief\, anger\, and
  uncertainty in healthier ways\n 	Explore gentle\, respectful approaches t
 o communication that prioritize the child’s boundaries and well-being\n 
 	Identify personal sources of support and small steps that can help sustai
 n hope and resilience\n\nThis session is designed for parents\, caregivers
 \, and supporters navigating estrangement or distance in a parent–child 
 relationship.\nThe discussion will take place in a confidential\, respectf
 ul\, and non-judgmental space. Participants may engage at their comfort le
 vel and will leave with practical coping strategies and information about
