DESCRIPTION:Walking the Dementia Journey Together is a supportive online di
 scussion space for families and caregivers of people living with dementia.
  Guided by a licensed psychotherapist (to be announced)\, this session com
 bines gentle education with space to share\, listen\, and feel heard.\n\nI
 n this session\, we will:\n\n 	Offer a simple\, clear introduction to what
  dementia is and how it can progress\n 	Explore how dementia interacts wit
 h overall mental health\n 	Touch on how depression\, anxiety\, and wider w
 orld stressors can affect both caregivers and their loved ones\n 	Share pr
 actical ideas for coping emotionally and day-to-day as a caregiver\n 	High
 light community and online supports that may be helpful\n\nParticipants ar
 e invited to bring their questions and experiences to a respectful\, confi
 dential group discussion. You will leave with increased understanding\, pr
 actical tips\, and the reassurance that you are not alone on this journey.
