ict in relationships\n\n \nIntroduce a simple “calm communication” fr
amework to help couples pause and respond more thoughtfully\n\n \nPractic
e using clear “I-statements” and active listening to express needs and
understand each other\n\n \nIdentify common conflict patterns such as cr
 iticism\, defensiveness\, or shutting down\n\n \nLearn small “repair”
strategies couples can use to de-escalate tension and reconnect during di
fficult moments\n\n\nParticipants will also have opportunities to reflect
on their own communication habits and develop a few simple agreements they
can use at home when conversations become stressful.\nThis session is des
