DESCRIPTION:Virtual Community Discussion\nCaring for someone living with de
 pression or dementia can be both meaningful and overwhelming. This virtual
  discussion offers caregivers a supportive space to better understand thes
 e conditions while also recognizing the emotional toll that caregiving can
  take.\nGuided by a mental health professional or experienced facilitator 
 (to be announced)\, this interactive session will:\n\n\n 	Introduce key si
 gns of depression and dementia in clear\, accessible language\n 	Explore h
 ow stigma and misunderstanding can affect individuals living with these co
 nditions and the families supporting them\n 	Discuss the emotional pressur
 es caregivers often experience\, including guilt\, isolation\, and unreali
 stic expectations\n 	Share practical coping strategies such as setting bou
 ndaries\, taking restorative breaks\, and seeking peer support\n 	Highligh
 t community resources and supports available for caregivers\n\nThis sessio
 n is designed for family caregivers\, partners\, and community members sup
 porting someone living with depression\, dementia\, or related challenges.
 \nThe discussion will take place in a respectful and supportive learning e
 nvironment. Participants may engage at their comfort level and will leave 
 with practical insight\, coping strategies\, and information about KAPWB c
