DESCRIPTION:Virtual Community Discussion\nCaregiving can be deeply meaningf
 ul\, but the ongoing emotional and practical demands can also lead to exha
 ustion and burnout. This virtual discussion helps caregivers recognize ear
 ly warning signs of burnout and explore practical ways to care for themsel
 ves while continuing to support others.\nGuided by a mental health profess
 ional or experienced facilitator (to be announced)\, this interactive sess
 ion will:\n\n\n 	\nIdentify common signs of caregiver burnout\, including 
 emotional exhaustion\, irritability\, and withdrawal\n\n 	\nExplore how ch
 ronic stress can affect mental and physical well-being\n\n 	\nIntroduce re
 alistic self-care strategies such as setting boundaries\, taking micro-bre
 aks\, and asking for support\n\n 	\nHighlight available supports including
  peer groups\, respite options\, and counselling resources\n\n 	\nHelp par
 ticipants begin creating a simple\, personalized “Care for the Caregiver
 ” action plan\n\n\nThis session is designed for family caregivers\, pare
 nts\, partners\, and anyone supporting a loved one through ongoing health 
 or mental health challenges.\nThe discussion will be held in a respectful\
 , supportive learning environment. Participants may engage at their comfor
 t level and will leave with practical strategies for sustaining their own 
 well-being and information about KAPWB programs and community supports.
